On Employee Engagement

How to access if Employee Engagement is good or not so good in your organization ? Get the following survey rated by all.
1. Are your managers giving a clear vision of the future of your organization ?

2. Is the Communication on the Organizational Strategies and Goals frequent and transparent enough ?

3. Do you have confidence in the abilities of your leaders ?

4. Do you know how your bonus and hikes are lined with the Organization’s financial performance ?

5. Is your manager your mentor as well ? Is he genuinely concerned about your career growth ? Do you have Career Path defined ? How realistic it seems to you ?

6. How is your motivation level at work ?
a. Autnomoy - At your level do you have sufficient autonomy to do your best ?
b. Mastery - Have you learnt a new important skill in the last six months ?
c. Purpose - Does your work connect you to the bigger purpose of your organization ? Do you see the bigger Business needs it answers ?
